Reach Beyond missionaries Stewart and Anna-Claire Cusick have been hard at work in the town of Shell, on the edge of the jungle.
Stewart visited the community of Mashutak, where he helped switch on a new clean water supply.
This project involved two neighbourhoods that had previously experienced conflict.
Remarkably, the shared effort of establishing the water system has brought them together.
Stewart believes this transformation is a clear sign of God’s hand at work, healing fractured relationships through practical outreach.
Meanwhile, Anna-Claire led a medical caravan to a jungle community, where the team had completed the installation of a toilet, shower, and sinks.
These improvements have paved the way for a permanent doctor to be assigned to the community - fulfilling Anna-Claire’s long-term vision of developing the clinic to a standard that would attract full-time medical support from the local authorities.
These achievements are not only answers to prayer but also a powerful testament to the impact of their mission.
