We often share how Reach Beyond is helping others to make radio that will reach those who don’t know Jesus. But now the tables are turned, and someone has made a radio programme about Reach Beyond!
TWR-UK is a British Christian radio station and part of Trans World Radio, a multinational evangelical Christian media organisation. TWR-UK broadcasts Christian programming, including sermons, Bible teaching and interviews daily across the UK.
In 2024 they produced a new 13-part series called VOICE & HANDS with Reach Beyond.
Each half-hour episode focuses on one ‘voice’ project and one ‘hands’ project, and features fascinating interviews with our mission workers, staff and partners serving in countries such as Indonesia, Croatia, India and Ecuador.
The programme is presented by Martin Cooper and Reach Beyond CEO Colin Lowther. Martin, who is an ex-BBC radio producer and a trustee of the mission, commented:
“We are excited to be able to shine a spotlight on the ministries of Reach Beyond to listeners who may be unaware of the work that we do. I hope that we can inspire more UK Christians to be the voice and hands of Jesus where God has placed them.”
