“They have the passion and vision,” says David, Reach Beyond’s Regional Director, “but just keeping the station on the air can be tough.”
For many, even paying the monthly electricity bill is a challenge. “Most stations are small and isolated,” David explains. “Managers often carry the whole load themselves. They’re doing a lot with very little, and they’re doing it for love of the gospel.”
Your support helps change that. Reach Beyond provides hands-on training and mentoring that strengthen these leaders and make their ministries more sustainable. Workshops equip station managers to attract listeners, engage local businesses, and use digital media to extend their reach far beyond the airwaves.
Just as important, we nurture their spiritual growth. “You can’t pour into others if you’re not growing in your walk with God,” David reminds them.
Training events also bring isolated leaders together - to pray, share ideas, and rediscover joy in their calling.
