Here is an opportunity to use your English language skills to share the gospel and equip others with a valuable skill using a unique format. You can assist the English Conversation Project Ministry Coordinator in all administrative /clerical duties to help promote outreach of ministry partners using an audio programme and English clubs in the new media emphasis of Reach Beyond.- You will work with English Conversation Clubs to:- Develop conversation starters and basic activities for programmes taking into account the cultural, language, political and religious diversity- Develop relationships at a club while using the English conversation club materials you helped develop- Develop and upload material to websites used for English-learner follow-up and delivery of material to club volunteers- Interact with English learners and club coordinators as necessary- Preparation, execution and follow-up of club coordinator training, engagement, encouragement, updates and relationship-buildingEFL/ESL training helpful. TOEFL certification desired. Full-time missionary, working visitor, or volunteer position working 40 hours per week. Persons to coordinate short-term missionaries, interns and teamsResponsibilities include but are not limited to:Short-term missionaries and interns- Process inquiries for short term assignments- Assist the applicant throughout the application process- Help short-termers with transportation, lodging, access to finances, medical care (if needed), and other daily life details- Receive short-termers and make them feel welcome during their stay- Pray for and with the short-termers- Be attentive to the spiritual, emotional and physical well-being of short-termersTeams- Provide administrative support for teams (generally the oversight of the team would be handled by another Reach Beyond missionary)Willingness to learn language if needed.The successful applicants are required to raise their financial support or have the capacity to be self-funded and must be able to sign the Reach Beyond Statement of Faith.
Civil, environmental and/or sanitation engineers are needed to assist rural communities with the construction, maintenance, administration and follow-up of appropriate sustaining water supplies and sanitation. The job requires design ability, communication skills, hands-on building skills, project funding communications, and follow-up.
