Clinics of Hope in Ecuador Sra Herrera lives in Ecuador. When she recently came down with a cough Sra wasn’t sure what to do. She suffers from congestive heart failure and is on multiple medications.

  • Engage in a summer of cross-cultural learning and ministry with Reach Beyond and local partners in healthcare, engineering, community development, and media.Latin America internship - 10 weeksEuropean internship - 4 weeksSub Saharan Africa internship - 4 weekshttps://reachbeyond.org/go/internships

  • Persons to assist others with technical questions and troubleshooting.Requirements:- Experience in maintaining networks and servers- Ability to operate computer programmes and standard office equipment- Helping with installation and maintenance of computersThe successful applicants are required to raise their financial support or have the capacity to be self-funded and must be able to sign the Reach Beyond Statement of Faith.

  • Persons to coordinate short-term missionaries, interns and teamsResponsibilities include but are not limited to:Short-term missionaries and interns- Process inquiries for short term assignments- Assist the applicant throughout the application process- Help short-termers with transportation, lodging, access to finances, medical care (if needed), and other daily life details- Receive short-termers and make them feel welcome during their stay- Pray for and with the short-termers- Be attentive to the spiritual, emotional and physical well-being of short-termersTeams- Provide administrative support for teams (generally the oversight of the team would be handled by another Reach Beyond missionary)Willingness to learn language if needed.The successful applicants are required to raise their financial support or have the capacity to be self-funded and must be able to sign the Reach Beyond Statement of Faith.  

  • Civil, environmental and/or sanitation engineers are needed to assist rural communities with the construction, maintenance, administration and follow-up of appropriate sustaining water supplies and sanitation. The job requires design ability, communication skills, hands-on building skills, project funding communications, and follow-up. Learning local language may be needed.The successful applicants are required to raise their financial support or have the capacity to be self-funded and must be able to sign the Reach Beyond Statement of Faith.

  • A person to lead a medical team in a cross-cultural community clinic setting. The position involves- Supervising day-to-day operations- Oversight of doctors, nurses, and staff- Recruiting and training- Budgeting and financial management- Community health planning- Willingess to learn local language may be requiredThe successful applicant is required to raise their financial support or have the capacity to be self-funded and must be able to sign the Reach Beyond Statement of Faith.

  • Persons to work in a project to support indigenous farmers through training and provideing extension services in animal husbandry and growing of crops. The goal of the project is to improve farming practice leading to a more profitable and sustainable agriculture and a better livelihood for farmers.Requirements:- Experience in agriculture- Teaching experience in agriculture is an advantage- University degree in agriculture with a teaching qualification preferred- Willingness to learn a local language may be needed. The successful applicants are required to raise their financial support or have the capacity to be self-funded and must be able to sign the Reach Beyond Statement of Faith.

  • Requirements:- Researching the latest computer hardware, satellite/studio equipment, and radio automation software- Troubleshooting hardware/software problems- Assembling audio harnesses/equipment- Experience in FM transmitters and antennas- Familiarity in troubleshooting and repairs on transmitters- The ability to provide engineering support for a line of locally-produced transmitter and antenna products being used by ministry partners around the globeThe successful applicants are required to raise their financial support or have the capacity to be self-funded and must be able to sign the Reach Beyond Statement of Faith.
