  • Persons to work in a project to support indigenous farmers through training and provideing extension services in animal husbandry and growing of crops. The goal of the project is to improve farming practice leading to a more profitable and sustainable agriculture and a better livelihood for farmers.Requirements:- Experience in agriculture- Teaching experience in agriculture is an advantage- University degree in agriculture with a teaching qualification preferred- Willingness to learn a local language may be needed.   • Reach Beyond is looking for a person with drive, initiative and enthusiasm to manage their new community centre in Bradford.In early 2017 the Millside Community Centre will be opening its doors for the first time in a location on the edge of the city. Working in partnership with local charities, agencies and community groups, this new facility will offer services and activities to help some of the most vulnerable people in the locality and across the district to improve their lives.The Centre Manager role will incorporate some involvement in frontline services as well as organisation and administration, ensuring the smooth and successful day-to-day running of the new centre and helping to build a welcoming and vibrant meeting space for this diverse community. Together with the Project Manager and Outreach Worker, you will be responsible for recruiting, training and managing volunteers, as well as helping to develop the services and projects of the centre in order to best meet the needs and aspirations of the local community and beyond.We are looking for someone who puts people first. You will be responsible for overall quality customer service, dealing with the daily requirements of centre users, tutors and other stakeholders. You will have experience of working directly with community groups, managing and developing community services, projects or activities in a paid or voluntary capacity, and will be able to deal sensitively and appropriately with the range of complex and challenging issues which may be presented by centre users. You can assist the English Conversation Ministry Coordinator in all administrative /clerical duties to help promote outreach of ministry partners using an audio programme and English clubs in the new media emphasis of Reach Beyond.- You will work with English Conversation Clubs to:- Develop conversation starters and basic activities for programmes taking into account the cultural, language, political and religious diversity- Develop relationships at a club while using the English conversation club materials you helped develop- Develop and upload material to websites used for English-learner follow-up and delivery of material to club volunteers- Interact with English learners and club coordinators as necessary- Preparation, execution and follow-up of club coordinator training, engagement, encouragement, updates and relationship-buildingEFL/ESL training helpful.
